How credits work
- Core look: 75 credits
- Standard look: 100 credits
- Signature look: 150 credits and a Pro or Studio plan
- 4K upscale: additional 50 credits
- Actual usage depends on the selected operation. Edits and regenerations vary by model or action, and the exact credit cost is shown before submission.
Credit rules
- Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period, do not roll over, and have no cash value.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access and remaining monthly credits continue until then.
- Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, do not renew automatically, and have no cash value.
- Subscription credits should be used before top-up credits. When several top-up balances exist, the earliest-expiring balance should be used first.
Pricing FAQ
Do portrait estimates equal a guarantee?
No. Plan estimates say up to and use the 75-credit Core rate; actual usage depends on the selected look and operation.
When does cancellation apply?
Paid subscriptions are not active. Renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout launches.
Do credits roll over?
The displayed subscription and top-up rules are planned product terms and require final checkout and legal review.
How do billing and refund requests work?
Email support@framiostudio.com for current credit issues. Cash-payment procedures will be published before paid launch.
